The fee for an initial consultation with us is $250. Included in this cost is:
the hour-long consultation with the attorney regarding important facts, potential claims, and any losses or damages suffered;
a review of your timeline of events, intake form, and relevant documents;
post-consultation information-gathering and evaluation of potential claims amongst our attorneys;
the post-consultation follow-up call to discuss our firm’s evaluation of your matter, your potential claims, the costs and benefits of pursuing such claims, our recommendations for next steps to take, and whether we will be able to represent you.
Why don’t we offer free consultations? At Casey Denson Law, we want to ensure that we provide a well-rounded, comprehensive evaluation of your matter. We extend the same attention and care to potential new clients during the consultation process as we do to our existing clients. If we cannot take on your case, we’ll make sure to explain how we came to this decision and discuss what other options might be available to you.
