Casey Denson Law, LLC was established in 2018 in New Orleans, LA as an employment and civil rights focused law firm serving Louisiana and Mississippi.
Our mission is to ensure social justice by investigating, negotiating and litigating cases for any person treated unfairly, discriminated or retaliated against. We want to make sure our clients have equal opportunities and a chance to succeed. We interact with clients using the core values of compassion, honesty, and fairness.

We focus on two areas: employment and civil rights. By specializing in these two complicated areas of law, we are able to provide informed counsel to our clients, and guide them through difficult decisions.
We represent employees treated unfairly by large international corporations and small local companies. We also take on cases of employees of the state, city and local governments.
We also represent employers and companies seeking accurate, informed, and thoughtful guidance. These businesses rely on our office for up to date counsel on responding to employment related issues, drafting severance agreements, updating handbooks, and setting policies and procedures for employees.
